(Junior) International Sales Manager (Enschede)

In the (Junior) International Sales Manager role, you will manage Minze’s business via a global network of independent international distributors. Together with these international distributors your will achieve sales, profitability, and other business goals. 

You form a team with Minze’s International Account Manager and are the distributors’ point of contact for training, marketing, sales and after-sales support.

After a thorough internal training program, you will develop growth strategies for Minze's home and hospital products together with your distributors. Through daily contacts with your distributors, both online and occasionally on location, you help them implement these strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the international distributor business in achieving sales and business goals
  • Assist in developing growth strategies for distributors, working closely with senior team members
  • Assist in coordinating regional sales and marketing activities
  • Support in managing regional sales forecasting and demand planning processes
  • Provide input on product, pricing, and service improvements
  • Assist in managing international sales service activities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor distributor performance against annual sales targets and provide insights to the sales team
  • Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: preferably a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Living in or near Enschede, the Netherlands (sales office Minze Health)
  • Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with distributors, customers and internal teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and navigate different cultural and business environments
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Must be multi-lingual – English, and preferably Dutch. Mastering an additional language, for example French, German, Spanish, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of international distribution channels and sales processes is a plus
  • Proficiency and affinity with app and cloud-based technologies
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions
  • Dedication to providing excellent service to distributors and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Requires travel to build and maintain key relationships, train distributors, customer site visits, be present at international congresses
  • Willing to visit our head office in Antwerp (Belgium) on a regular basis
