What You'll Do:
- Support and manage our global network of international distributors, healthcare professionals, and industry partners in over 25 countries.
- Drive sales, maintain business goals and relationships, and attend international congresses.
- Train and provide support (calls) to distributors and medical staff.
- After our internal training, you will develop and implement growth strategies for Minze's products alongside our distributors.
- Provide input on product, pricing, and service improvements.
About you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of (relevant) work experience.
- Living in or near Enschede, the Netherlands (sales office Minze Health).
- Experience in dealing with distributors/B2B is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about digital health solutions and technology.
- Multilingual, fluent in English, and preferably Dutch. An additional language is an advantage.
- Natural and strong communicator with a global mindset to interact with different cultures.
- Requires travel to build and maintain key relationships, train/support distributors, visit customer sites, be present at congresses, and regularly visit our HQ in Antwerp.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
