Role Summary

The Director of Customer Acceleration will be responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and utilization of Minze’s digital diagnostics and therapeutic platforms (Homeflow and Diary Pod) across Urology practices. This leader will design and execute the customer education, onboarding, and success framework that ensures seamless integration into clinical workflows and measurable impact on patient outcomes. This role will also serve as a key bridge between Commercial, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, and R&D teams; shaping real-world best practices and contributing to the evolution of Minze’s digital therapeutics programs for BPH and OAB. This role will report to the VP of Sales.

Key responsibilities

Customer Experience & Adoption 

  • Develop and lead Minze’s customer success strategy to drive practice-level adoption and recurring utilization of Homeflow and Diary Pod. 
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding and training program tailored to physicians, nurses, and practice coordinators. 
  • Partner with Urology practices to define KPIs and track clinical, operational, and economic impact of Minze solutions. 
  • Build “Centers of Excellence” that demonstrate best practices and measurable outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with Sales to accelerate conversion from initial pilot to full practice rollout. 

Education & Enablement 

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive customer education platform (digital and in-person) to support ongoing training, certification, and community learning. 
  • Develop workflow guides, integration toolkits, and case studies showcasing optimized use of Minze’s digital health ecosystem. 
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” in shaping marketing, product design, and roadmap priorities. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs to translate clinical evidence into actionable therapeutic programs for Digital Therapies (DTx) in BPH and OAB. 
  • Partner with Clinical Affairs to develop clinical strategy, protocols, and study operations. 
  • Work with Operations Team to refine usability, reporting, and data dashboards based on field feedback. 
  • Align closely with Market Access and Reimbursement teams to ensure customer readiness for billing and coding updates (e.g., Category I CPT transition).
  • Support strategic partnerships (e.g., Medtronic, Apogepha, Coloplast) through coordinated commercial and educational initiatives. 

Operational Excellence

  • Establish metrics and dashboards for utilization, retention, and satisfaction. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and customer feedback. 
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Experience team as adoption grows.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years in MedTech, Digital Health, or Urology-related field operations, customer success, or clinical education. 
  • Proven experience driving adoption of innovative healthcare technologies in provider settings. 
  • Deep understanding of urology workflow and digital/connected care models. 
  • Demonstrated success building scalable customer experience or education programs. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to operate cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, and technical teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or clinical discipline) preferred.
